Sylvia Lasalandra-Frodella
is a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of Vibrational Sound Therapy, as well as a former restaurateur known for her entrepreneurial success. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism from William Paterson University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in an impressive two and a half years, showcasing her commitment to excellence and effective communication.
Before diving into the world of Vibrational Sound Therapy, Sylvia successfully owned and operated three restaurants where she honed her skills in management, customer service, and gastronomy. Her experience as a restaurateur equipped her with a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for creating memorable experiences for her patrons.
In addition to her work in Vibrational Sound & Frequency therapy, Sylvia is a self-published author of the book, "A Daughter’s Touch," also translated in Spanish, has sold over 15,000 copies, not including the thousands of copies she donated. A short film based on the book premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2005 as part of the New York International Independent Film Festival, showcasing her story in a new and impactful way. She also wrote a children's book titled, "Mommy, Were You Happy the Day I Was Born?" Which garnered the prestigious Mom’s Choice Award, recognizing its excellence in family-friendly media.
Sylvia has also made significant contributions to mental health advocacy, playing an instrumental role in the passage of the federal MOTHERS Act, which supports women suffering from postpartum depression.
With a deep foundation in FAITH, it was divine guidance that inspired Sylvia to open FREQUENCY FLOW, a sanctuary dedicated to healing and wellness. This venture not only reflects her passion for Vibrational Sound & Frequency therapy, but also serves as a resource for caring for her 93-year-old mother. The modalities offered at FREQUENCY FLOW have been instrumental in supporting her mother's overall well-being, utilizing techniques that promote relaxation, energy balance, and overall health.
Sylvia believes deeply in the body's inherent ability to heal itself, asserting that this capacity is often greater than most are permitted to believe. She emphasizes that the soul always knows how to heal, and the challenge lies in silencing the mind to allow this process to unfold. Her mission is to help others understand that one does not have to choose between traditional Western medicine and holistic practices; instead, these approaches can complement each other beautifully in the healing journey.
